Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations made to MONIKAMALA ASSOCIATION are strictly non-refundable. We urge you to make your contribution after careful consideration.

2. Exceptions

While donations are generally non-refundable, we understand that errors can happen. We will consider a refund request only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • An erroneous deduction or a duplicate transaction occurred due to a technical glitch in the payment gateway.
  • An unauthorized payment was made from your card or account.

3. Process for Claiming a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please follow this process:

  • You must notify us in writing by emailing info@monikamala.org within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Include the following details in your email:
    • Date of Donation
    • Donation Amount
    • Transaction ID or Reference Number
    • Reason for requesting the refund
    • Proof of deduction (e.g., bank statement screenshot)

4. Processing Timeline

All refund requests will be reviewed by our financial team. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10 to 15 working days.

Note: We reserve the right to decline any refund request that does not meet the above criteria.
